Placements24 is seeking a Backend Software Developer to join a remote-first team focused on building scalable, efficient server-side applications. You will develop APIs, manage databases, and ensure performance across distributed systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in backend development, expertise in Python/Node/Java/C#, RESTful APIs, and cloud familiarity. Remote-friendly setup supports flexible work-life balance and collaboration within a regional team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (Express), Java (Spring) or C# (.NET Core).
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies; strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in distributed remote teams.
