You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Formación

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn, email, phone).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source ideal accounts based on ICP and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in CRM tools and track pipeline.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
