Placements24 is seeking an Aviation Systems Analyst to join a fully remote team supporting operations linked to Benoni in Gauteng. You will analyze data from flight systems and maintenance logs, develop dashboards, and drive improvements to enhance safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in aviation systems analysis, with proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Aviation, Engineering, Data Science).
4+ years of aviation systems analysis or operations research experience.
Strong analytical skills with data analysis proficiency.
Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational data from flight systems, maintenance logs, and performance reports to identify trends and anomalies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for aviation systems.
Conduct root cause analysis for system failures or inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential implementation to improve system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
Ensure all analysis and recommendations align with safety regulations and company objectives.
