The role ensures adherence to ICAO, SA-CAA and other aviation regulations, with no office presence required. You will conduct audits, develop compliance manuals, train staff, investigate deviations, and liaise with authorities, providing remote guidance to teams and upholding safety and integrity of aviation services.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in aviation/related field and proven regulatory compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICAO, SA-CAA regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret changes in aviation regulations applicable to operations.
• Conduct internal audits and document reviews for compliance.
• Develop, update, and distribute compliance manuals and training materials.
• Investigate deviations or incidents and recommend corrective actions.
