Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Automotive Systems Integration Engineer to join a leading automotive company. This fully remote role focuses on integrating hardware and software across ECUs, sensors, actuators, and networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), ensuring performance, safety and reliability.

You will model and validate systems using MATLAB/Simulink, manage requirements with DOORS, and collaborate with dispersed teams to meet deadlines while upholding ISO 26262 and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in automotive systems integration and validation.
• Strong knowledge of ECUs, sensors, actuators, and CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
• Experience with remote collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration of complex automotive systems (HW/SW).
• Define system integration requirements and test plans.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to resolve issues.
• Develop system integration documentation and interface specs.
• Conduct system-level testing and validation with simulators and real tests.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations.
