Key Responsibilities

• Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to field technicians via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common and complex vehicle faults and their solutions.
• Stay current with emerging automotive technologies, diagnostic software updates, and repair strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on vehicle performance and diagnostic capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician or Diagnostic Specialist , with a strong focus on electronic and powertrain systems.
• Proficiency with a wide range of automotive diagnostic hardware and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues remotely.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE Master Technician) are a significant advantage.
