Job summary

Hire Overseas seeks an Audit Senior (CaseWare) to run end-to-end audits in CaseWare for a simulated client portfolio. You will plan, file, test, and close engagements while documenting decisions to train an AI audit system.

This is a long-term, permanent role working with the founding team and an AI partner on the frontier of AI in audit. You will design and test the workflows the AI follows, providing hands-on audit experience and contributing to training data from day one.

Qualifications

• Three years of external audit experience.
• Hands-on CaseWare Working Papers proficiency (file setup, TB import, roll-forward, mapping, working papers review).
• Knowledge of ISAs, IFRS for SMEs, and Companies Act.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits end-to-end in CaseWare on simulated client portfolio.
• Document steps, decisions, and judgments for AI training.
• Design and test audit workflows and AI interactions.
• Prepare draft auditor's reports and engage with review processes.
