A leading firm in business strategy is seeking an Audit & Compliance Manager to oversee financial controls and regulatory compliance in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of post-articles experience, strong project management skills, and proficiency with cloud-based accounting tools. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from R600K to R960K CTC per year, providing international exposure and the opportunity to work with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of post-articles experience in audit, accounting, or compliance roles.
• Familiarity with UK accounting standards or GAAP is a plus.
• Experience with limited companies and LLPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage year-end and tax compliance for international clients.
• Prepare, review, and finalise financial statements.
• Support compliance processes and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate deliverables across multiple clients.
