RevStone is seeking a remote contractor to serve as a high-energy appointment setter for U.S.-based home-improvement clients. You will call warm leads, qualify homeowners, handle objections, and book in-home appointments with a closer who seals the deal.

Base pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,400 USD per month, with a monthly performance bonus, health and wellness stipend after 90 days, and a reliable weekly payment schedule. A clear path to more through leadership roles is available.

Qualifications

• No prior home-improvement experience required; you need a great phone presence and willingness to be coached.

Responsibilities

• Call warm, high-intent leads generated by clients' marketing (no cold lists).
• Qualify homeowners, handle objections, and book confirmed in-home appointments.
• Run confirmation and reschedule follow-ups to keep show rates high.
• Keep clean, accurate call notes and appointment records.
• Hit daily activity and appointment targets, and review your numbers weekly with a sales coach.
• Represent one or more client companies depending on volume and fit.
