Job summary

RevStone is a sales agency placing top appointment setters with home‑improvement companies in the United States. This full‑time, fully remote contractor role is paid in USD, with a fixed monthly base, a performance bonus, and a wellness stipend after 90 days.

You’ll start by calling warm leads, qualifying homeowners, and booking in‑home appointments with a closer. You’ll work US business hours, with shifts in South Africa time. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or high‑volume phone role.
• Clear, confident, neutral English with a natural conversational style.
• Able to make 150+ dials a day and stay sharp on the last call.

Responsibilities

• Call warm, high‑intent leads generated by clients’ marketing.
• Qualify homeowners, handle objections, and book in‑home appointments.
• Run confirmation and reschedule follow‑ups to keep show rates high.
• Keep clean call notes and appointment records.
• Hit daily targets and review numbers weekly with a sales coach.
• Represent one or more client companies per volume and fit.
