The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Law/Accounts degree with at least four years in compliance, and excels in remote collaboration, risk assessment, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related role.
• Proven expertise in AML, KYC, and relevant financial crime prevention regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update financial compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential compliance issues.
• Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and other relevant financial regulations.
• Investigate suspicious activity reports and manage regulatory reporting obligations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance best practices.
• Stay abreast of evolving regulatory changes and advise the business accordingly.
