Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft systems design, integration, or analysis.
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, and avionics systems.
• Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., DOORS, Model-Based Systems Engineering).
• Experience with simulation and analysis software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and validate aircraft systems to meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Develop system requirements, specifications, and interface control documents (ICDs).
• Perform system integration activities, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless operation of interconnected components.
• Conduct simulations, testing, and validation of aircraft systems in simulated and real-world environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including airframe designers, avionics engineers, and manufacturing specialists.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, FAA).
