Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or related field with specialization in AI ethics, responsible innovation, or technology governance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on AI ethics or responsible technology.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements for AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI systems across their lifecycle.
• Guide AI development teams on fairness, bias, transparency, explainability, and accountability.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster responsible AI culture.
• Monitor regulatory landscapes and industry best practices for AI ethics.
• Develop training materials on AI ethics for diverse audiences.
• Investigate ethical concerns or complaints related to AI systems.
