Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against safety and fairness standards. This hourly contract role offers remote, asynchronous work and a flexible 10–40 hours per week commitment.

No AI policy background required, but a keen interest in ethics and clear, precise writing is essential. You will review outputs for bias, classify according to compliance criteria, and provide structured feedback to help align AI with human values.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated content for bias, safety risks, and ethical alignment.
• Classify and rate outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance criteria.
• Flag content that could be harmful, misleading, inappropriate, or policy-violating.
• Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues.
• Work across a diverse range of topics, formats, and content types.
• Operate independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
