Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leading a software development team.
• 3+ years in a Software Development environment.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Retail experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software development team and manage delivery performance.
• Provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders weekly.
• Oversee capacity planning, sprint planning, and risk management.
