Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. As Agency Sales Executive, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to achieve volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota ownership preferred.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles; agency or SaaS background is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.
• Gritty, curious, coachable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
