Recruitment Portal is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner-led demand generation across Africa and the Middle East, building regional strategies and driving pipeline growth.

You will manage partner relationships, design joint plans, and measure performance with data-driven insights to maximise commercial impact. This role requires deep experience in partner or channel marketing within B2B software or SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, B2B technology, software or SaaS environments.
• Experience delivering partner marketing programmes across multiple African markets.
• A proven track record of driving partner-generated pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience managing MDF, co-marketing budgets and partner investments.
• A solid understanding of demand generation, marketing funnels and performance measurement.
