Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in mobile network deployment with a focus on 5G technologies.
• Strong knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, RAN, and core network functions (AMF/SMF/UPF).
• Experience with planning tools and RF planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee deployment of 5G network elements including base stations and backhaul.
• Develop deployment strategies and timelines with field teams and vendors.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure coverage and performance.
