Job summary

Redline Recruitment is seeking a talented 3D Visualizer for an international design company based in Cape Town. This fully remote position focuses on photorealistic visualisations for luxury hospitality and restaurant projects, working with your 3ds Max, V-Ray and Photoshop skills.

You will collaborate with an international team, adhere to deadlines, enhance renders, and contribute to presentations that win prestigious projects.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–7 years’ experience as a 3D Visualizer within the Architecture or Interior Design industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end architectural or interior visualisations.
• Advanced proficiency in: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD.
• Ability to work from existing 3ds Max and AutoCAD files rather than recreating models from scratch.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures and composition.
• Excellent eye for detail, colour and spatial design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Hospitality, restaurant or luxury commercial project experience will be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently within a remote international team.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualisations for hospitality and restaurant interior design projects.
• Create compelling interior and exterior renderings from existing project files.
• Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures and finishes to accurately communicate design intent.
• Collaborate closely with the interior design team to develop presentation-quality visuals.
• Enhance and finalize renders using Photoshop.
• Work within project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Make revisions based on client and design team feedback.
• Ensure consistency across all visual presentations.
