About the Role

This role is focused on bringing architectural designs to life through high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and virtual reality experiences. You will work closely with architects and designers to interpret design intent and create compelling visual narratives that communicate concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations from architectural models and drawings.
• Develop compelling visualisations that effectively communicate design concepts, materials, and lighting.
• Collaborate with design teams to refine visualisations based on feedback and project requirements.
• Explore and implement new techniques and technologies in architectural visualization.
• Manage project files and assets efficiently for remote collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualization Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of high-quality visualisations.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Blender).
• Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit and Archicad is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, texturing, and post-production techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting .
