Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all plant operations in Welkom, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage plant budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the plant workforce to high performance.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems to meet product standards.
