Job summary

Isilumko Staffing seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer for a 3-month contract in Germiston, Gauteng. You will support RBI programmes, FMEA and EMS, and drive maintenance strategies, using SAP PM integration across assets.

Collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Inspection teams to ensure asset integrity in a large-scale gas pipeline environment. The role requires 8+ years of reliability engineering, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and residency in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of reliability engineering experience.
• BSc/BEng/BTech Mechanical Engineering required.
• Proven RBI, FMEA and EMS experience.
• Working knowledge of PCMS and/or PIMSlider.
• Strong SAP PM experience with equipment masters,FM locations, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications and work orders.
• RBI, FMEA, RCM, Asset Management or Reliability Engineering certifications are advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Must reside in Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Implement and facilitate RBI programmes.
• Define RBI boundaries and validate asset/equipment data.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary RBI reviews using PCMS and/or PIMSlider.
• Develop RBI procedures, work instructions and governance documentation.
• Facilitate and develop FMEA and EMS.
• Develop and optimise maintenance plans and task lists.
• Analyse reliability and maintenance data using SAP PM.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and Inspection teams.
• Support site inspections and field verification.
