Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in reliability engineering or asset management within the energy industry.
• Experience with CMMS software (SAP PM, Maximo) and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of various industrial equipment and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs for key energy assets.
• Conduct failure analysis (FMEA, Root Cause Analysis) to identify underlying causes of equipment failures.
• Monitor asset performance data and utilize predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) to anticipate issues.
• Develop maintenance strategies and optimize spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to implement reliability improvements and best practices.
• Track and report on key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, availability) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
