Job summary

Embelo in Cape Town is expanding its RELEX capability and hiring Solutions Consultants to support manufacturing-focused implementations and ongoing system optimisation. You will design, configure with SQL, debug existing code, and implement RELEX solutions across demand, supply, and production planning in Food & Bev environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree or 3-4 years relevant experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis in planning systems.
• Experience in supply chain or production planning within manufacturing.
• Exposure to Food & Beverage environments is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with RELEX or similar tools (SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).

Responsibilities

• Support customers from purchase to go-live and ongoing service.
• Lead and participate in customer workshops and calls, including design, configuration, and playback sessions.
• Provide expert advice on software and Supply Chain Management to deliver value.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business requirements into effective processes and solutions.
• Own and manage the configuration plan and integrate it into project plans.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure customer success.
• Design and consult on changes to business logic and system configuration.
