Relationship Manager (Manufacturing) required in Cape Town.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building lasting relationships in the manufacturing sector? Do you have a talent for understanding complex business needs and providing tailored solutions?

We are seeking a proactive and results-orientedRelationship Managerto join our team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our company and our valued manufacturing clients, ensuring their success and our continued growth.

Salary: R25 000 – R30 000 per month.

What You’ll Do:

  • Forge Strong Partnerships:Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key clients in the manufacturing industry. You’ll be their trusted advisor, understanding their production cycles, supply chain challenges, and growth objectives.
  • Solve Complex Problems:Proactively identify client needs and potential issues, providing expert advice and solutions related to our products and services. You’ll work closely with internal teams, from engineering to logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive Growth:Identify new opportunities within your client base to expand our partnerships. You’ll help clients optimize their operations and achieve their goals, all while contributing to our company’s success.
  • Be the Expert:Stay up-to-date on manufacturing trends, industry regulations, and our product capabilities to offer the most relevant and valuable solutions.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A professional with an understanding of the manufacturing industry, its processes, and its challenges – if you do not have manufacturing experience we will teach you the detail of the product
  • An exceptional communicator and a natural problem-solver.
  • Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of growing client relationships.
