Job summary

Amana Living Mosman Park Care Centre is seeking a part-time Clinical Lead to oversee resident care, conduct clinical assessments, and mentor a care team. You will use your AHPRA-registered clinical expertise to guide practice, ensure documentation is accurate, and drive continuous improvement in care outcomes.

The role requires exceptional communication and collaboration with the wider team, aligning with the Quality of Care Principles to support high standards of care and safety.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Evidence of Current Flu vaccination.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
• NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks.
• Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at Rivervale Training Institute.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments
• Safely administer medication to residents
• Falls management and prevention
• Complete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documents
• Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis

The Role

This is a part time role at Mosman Park Care Centre in Mosnam Park working 34.10 hours per fortnight. Please view the below roster.

Week 1

Monday: 15:00 - 21:30

Wednesday: 15:00 - 22:15

Week 2

Monday: 15:00 - 21:30

Wednesday: 15:00 - 22-15

Friday: 08:00 - 16:15

Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments
