Job summary

Amana Living is seeking a Hospitality (Cleaning) Services worker for Lefroy Care Centre in Bull Creek. You will perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and mopping while fostering positive resident relationships and adhering to the organisation's values.

The permanent part-time role offers 35 hours per fortnight, with a schedule across both weeks. Commitment to all listed days/shifts is required to be considered for the position.

Qualifications

• Evidence of Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
• Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checks
• NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
• Willingness to attend a paid 1-day induction at Rivervale Training Institute
• Experience in hospitality service roles, preferably as a cleaner in an aged care/hospital environment

The Role

This position requires proficient time management skills to execute cleaning tasks effectively. Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping designated areas according to a set cleaning schedule. Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and residents is essential, using appropriate channels for support, guidance, and addressing concerns promptly.

This role is a Permanent Part-Time role offering 35 hrs per fortnight at our Lefroy Care Centre, Bull Creek

Week 1 Schedule

Monday: 08:00-13:00

Tuesday: 08:00-12:00

Thursday: 08:00-13:00

Week 2 Schedule

Monday: 08:00-13:00

Thursday: 08:00-13:00

Sunday: 08:00-13:00

Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.
