Applicants should have a Master’s in Architecture, SACAP registration, and at least 6 years of practice, with strong Revit/AutoCAD and rendering skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing projects from initial client consultations through to construction administration, ensuring that all designs adhere to aesthetic standards, functional requirements, and local building regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs for new constructions and renovations, ensuring alignment with client visions and project briefs.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

• Perform site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to design specifications.

Requirements
