Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Architect for our Cape Town practice. You will oversee design and execution of landmark architectural projects, ensuring technical excellence and sustainable outcomes in a dynamic studio.

We require a degree in architecture and at least 7 years of professional experience, with strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM. You will mentor junior staff and liaise with clients and regulators to deliver high-quality built environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in architectural practice.
• Proficiency in architectural software including Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and client liaison.
• In-depth knowledge of South African building regulations and standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities
