Job summary

Netcare is seeking a Sustainability Regional Programme Manager to oversee environmental sustainability projects from initiation to closure. You will manage program planning, reporting, and governance while leading diverse teams across regions.

The role demands extensive project management experience, strategic risk handling, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver project benefits within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction/Project Management.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare/construction projects is advantageous.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and governance.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Sponsor/Owner and project teams; provide regular progress reporting.
• Strategise, implement and maintain program initiatives aligned to organisational objectives.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget; manage risks.
• Coordinate procurement and governance through the PPO and project processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve programme benefits.
