Placements24 is seeking a strategic and innovative Management Consultant to lead Strategy & Transformation projects in Upington, Northern Cape. You will advise clients on strategic decisions, guide organizational change, and help them adapt to evolving markets, diagnosing challenges and shaping visionary strategies.

You will oversee the implementation of transformative initiatives in a collaborative team, driving growth and efficiency through expert consulting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic transformation roles.
• Proven ability to develop and articulate compelling strategies and transformation plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic reviews and analyses to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Develop transformation roadmaps including operational, technological, and organizational changes.
• Lead client engagements focused on market repositioning, business model innovation, and strategic execution.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with executive leadership.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations throughout engagements.
