Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications required.
5 years work experience, with at least 3 in a management role.
Ability to develop and coach a regional sales team.
Proven capability in integrated/digital processes and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, and project stakeholders.
Identify and convert new business opportunities across construction, retail, and contractor segments.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform commercial decisions and strengthen position.
Drive disciplined execution of sales plans and monitor performance against targets.
Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights.
Communicate value propositions effectively to influence specifications and drive product adoption.
Lead and develop the regional sales team to high performance.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
