Job summary

Major Retailer is seeking a Regional Promotions Coordinator to manage regional promotions and align with the national marketing strategy. You will work with Category Managers, National Promotions Controllers, retailers and the Regional Marketing Committee to deliver accurate leaflets and digital content.

You will coordinate promotions across multi-location environments, ensure on-time delivery of materials, and provide required information to National Promotions Controllers according to

Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 Marketing qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Computer literate and comfortable with new digital systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Retail experience required; hardware experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional marketing meetings and promotions.
• Manage promotional orders, schedules and marketing plans.
• Coordinate digital promotions, social media and POS materials.
• Maintain accurate promotional data and systems.
• Liaise with retailers, buyers and Category Managers.
• Resolve queries and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure promotional deadlines and critical paths are met.
• Ensure accurate marketing material is delivered to stores on time.
