Lascom Management Systems in South Africa seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth in the Gqeberha region. Implement strategies, develop relationships with key accounts, and drive profitability across the territory.

The role requires 5+ years of sales management experience in PPE, cleaning, and paper sectors, with strong leadership and strategic planning. Own car essential; on-site role with travel across the territory.

Formación

• Grade 12 and a post-matric qualification in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a Sales Manager role; PPE, Cleaning and Paper experience advantageous.
• Own car is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support sales staff to achieve targets and grow turnover.
• Drive GP margins and profitability with key accounts.
• Increase turnover from existing customers and new business.
• Target new business and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Manage call cycles and structured sales process for quality calling.
• Develop expert product knowledge across PPE, Cleaning and Paper range.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships in the territory.
• Oversee training and development interventions for the team.
• Ensure effective delivery of customer service and handle complaints.
• Manage stock and delivery expectations with customers.
