Job summary

Mh Solutions is seeking a Regional People Solutions Partner (HR) for the Centurion, Gauteng region. The role focuses on implementing HR strategies, supporting line management, and driving recruitment, IR, and development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have an honours degree in HR, at least 5 years in a generalist HR role, and a willingness to travel across the region in a retail context.

Qualifications

• Requires HR honours degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• Retail knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficient in G Suite applications.
• Driver's license (Code 8) and willingness to travel extensively.

Purpose of the job: To implement the Regional People Solutions Partner strategy in the defined region, through the effective management of the people support function. The position will be based in Centurion - Pretoria

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with a relevant Honours degree within the HR Discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience within a generalist HR Role

• Computer Literate (G. Suite)
• Valid Code 8 manual driver's license and willingness to undertake extensive travel
