You will coach Area Managers and Restaurant Managers, implement regional strategies, and oversee budgeting and performance metrics to deliver strong results in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in a business/operations-related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar or related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Area Coaches and Restaurant Managers within the region.
• Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure staff training and development to uphold service standards.
• Maintain high operational standards and regulatory compliance.
