Placements24 is seeking a Regional Operations Lead to manage and optimise multiple manufacturing sites in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The role combines on-site operational oversight with remote administrative duties to drive efficiency, safety and quality across the region.

The ideal candidate brings a engineering/operations background with 7+ years in operations, strong lean expertise, and proven leadership to deliver cost-effective improvements and cross-site collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of operations management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple sites or a large operational unit.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP/operational software.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
