Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an operations support or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of operations management principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource utilization.
• Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational plans and procedures.
• Track key operational performance indicators (KPIs), collect data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely procurement of necessary operational supplies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams and departments to ensure alignment on operational goals.
• Help identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvement.
