Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in a Medical Technology environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse Salesforce activity, opportunities and field performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to establish realistic sales goals for the division.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve market share across product lines.
• Lead, coach, and develop the national sales team.
• Review Salesforce activity and field reports to monitor progress.
