Job summary

Ultra Personnel in Gauteng seeks a Regional Sales Manager: MedTech to drive national sales performance across the MedTech portfolio. You will lead the sales team, set objectives, and implement plans to grow market share and profitability.

You will collaborate with the BU Manager, develop strategies, manage budgets, and report progress. Travel nationwide up to 80% and deliver coaching to the team to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years management experience in a Medical Technology environment.
• Experience working with healthcare customers, medical technology products and sales processes will be advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor and develop the national sales team.
• Provide quality leadership to sales representatives and support coaching, appraisal and training.
