Job summary

Absa Bank Limited in Sandton seeks an experienced people manager to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering strategic objectives across capacity, operations and risk.

You will coach staff, plan workloads, ensure service levels, and uphold compliance and accuracy in administration while meeting FAIS requirements.

The role requires FAIS RE5 and related qualifications, with strong leadership and governance to advance Africa’s tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Coach, mentor and manage team toward driving business objectives.
• Plan and continuously schedule team duties against plan and service level requirements.
• Supervise and support execution of priorities by team against SLAs and customer outcomes.
• Ensure all team activities comply with control and quality standards, FAIS guidelines.
• Complete required administrative duties including tracking and reporting.
