Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and professional qualifications in Business/Commerce/Management Studies.
• FSCA-Approved Qualification, Regulatory Exam (RE5) per FAIS Act or readiness to obtain on onboarding.
• Experience aligning teams with service level agreements and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and manage team members to achieve business objectives.
• Continuously plan team duties against plan and service levels.
• Supervise execution of priorities and ensure adherence to SLAs and customer outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with control and regulatory requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Carry out administrative duties including tracking and reporting.

• Capacity Planning: Continuously plan the execution of team duties against plan and service level requirements.
• Operational excellence: Supervise and support the execution of priorities by team against service level agreements and customer outcomes.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.
