Job summary

PayProp, a Reapit company, seeks a commercially driven General Manager to lead the South Africa region from the Cape Town/Stellenbosch area. You will own regional performance across sales, customer outcomes and operations, aligning PayProp & Reapit priorities with local execution and growth.

You will shape go-to-market, forecast rigor and governance while building and coaching a high-performing team. The role requires visible leadership and close collaboration with product and engineering to

Qualifications

• Proven senior commercial leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, proptech or payments.
• Experience owning regional performance including revenue growth and customer outcomes.
• Track record leading cross-geography teams with alignment across sales, customer success and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a regional business plan for South Africa and Rest of World.
• Translate global priorities into local plans across Sales, Customer Success, Support and Operations.
• Provide input to senior leadership on opportunities, risks and market dynamics.
• Lead growth of PayProp in South Africa and strengthen market position in payments and client money management.
• Evolve GTM to reflect local dynamics and Reapit roadmap.
• Drive forecasting, pipeline management and commercial governance.
• Champion a customer-first culture and partner with Product/Engineering on roadmap feedback.
• Build, coach and retain high-performing regional teams.
• Be a visible local leader in Cape Town / Stellenbosch area.
