Qualifications

• BCom degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant financial management/accounting experience.
• Retail industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Sage X3.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with regional financial management and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting activities.
• Monitor regional expenditure and profitability.
