Network Finance is seeking an Assistant Regional Financial Manager to support regional financial operations, including reporting, controls, and stakeholder engagement across multiple locations.

You will mentor administrative teams, strengthen financial controls, and drive process improvements while partnering with senior management on strategic decisions and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Commerce, or related field beneficial.
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial reporting, including income statement and balance sheet reviews.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reporting.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with financial controls.
• Review expenses, analyse variances, and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist with stock control processes and stock-take reporting.
• Support debtor, creditor, banking, and financial administration functions.
• Coach and support administrative teams within the region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Provide support to the Regional Financial Manager and act in their absence when required.

• Previous experience supervising or mentoring staff beneficial.
