Qualifications

• Experience in facilities operations, asset management or related fields.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple sites, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional FF&E asset inventories with location, quantity and condition.
• Coordinate reuse, donation, and disposal of FF&E across EMEA.
• Track asset lifecycle and perform regional verification and reporting.
