This role operates on a hybrid model, combining field-based delivery responsibilities with some remote administrative tasks. You will be the face of our client's delivery service, ensuring packages reach customers efficiently and safely within the designated region. The ideal candidate is a professional driver with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery routes within the Durban and surrounding areas, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
• Safely operate a company-provided or personal delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Load and unload goods securely, taking precautions to prevent damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving delivery issues professionally.
• Utilize a mobile application to manage routes, confirm deliveries, and update shipment statuses in real-time.

Requirements
