Responsibilities

Take control of policies and procedures for dealer business to ensure specialist knowledge.
Monitor training offered to dealer network to ensure attendance.
Assist Dealer Principals with training plans to upskill staff.
Mentor internal staff and ensure backup plans.
Visit dealers regularly and provide feedback reports.
Collaborate with marketing to implement dealer-level initiatives.
Monitor customer complaint resolution processes to protect brand.
