Job summary

Hungry Lion is seeking a Capability Coach to own training delivery and governance for a broad region of stores. You will manage new store and country launches, verify retention post-go-live, and serve as the link between Operations and Capability teams.

You will mentor in-store management, lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives, and oversee governance with monthly check-ins and reports. Willingness to travel is required and a driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a training, L&D or operations coaching role, ideally in QSR, retail or multi-site environments.
• Experience coaching store-level management with strong facilitation skills and diligent reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage new store and new country training end-to-end per the training plan, including 1-month post-launch follow-up.
• Facilitate virtual, in-store and instructor-led training across the designated area.
• Direct coaching for in-store management teams and sign-off on management development programmes.
