You will engage with senior stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor future leaders while delivering measurable value to clients and iqbusiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or related leadership discipline.
• Proven experience leading consulting, business analysis or transformation teams.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships at executive level.
• Strong understanding of business analysis practices, governance and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-facing projects and engagements with high-quality analysis outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand iqbusiness footprint through scope, growth and team expansion.
• Lead consulting engagements, develop business cases and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support clients in solving complex challenges and driving transformation initiatives.
• Lead and manage regional analysis team with KPI monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Mentor consultants and analysts; oversee performance management and succession planning.
• Build trusted executive relationships and partner with Client Development for opportunities.
